Communicate effectively with real estate agents and clients to gather required documents and information. Schedule photography, staging, and open houses to maximize property exposure. Provide regular updates to clients and team members on listing statuses and resolve potential issues. Assist in creating marketing materials and digital content for property promotion. Maintain an organized database of listings and client communications. As a Listing Coordinator, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams on new property launches and campaigns.
