Organize property viewings, open houses, and promotional events to attract potential buyers. Prepare detailed reports on property performance, market trends, and other relevant data for management review. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management preferred. Proficiency with real estate software such as MLS, CRM systems, and property management tools. Strong negotiation and sales skills with proven ability to close deals effectively. In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
