Key Responsibilities

• Define and clarify job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications efficiently to identify top talent for contact center and other client programs.
• Conduct structured interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage offer letters and employment paperwork accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and individual goals, adjusting strategies to meet changing client demands and market trends.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in contact center or customer service industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting targets under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
