Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for digital roles. Leverage networking and industry contacts to expand candidate outreach. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including interviews and evaluations. Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles. Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking sourcing progress and results. Analyze sourcing metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness continuously. Participate in industry events to build relationships and promote StrongBody’s culture. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Proven networking skills within recruiting or human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with sourcing software and applicant tracking systems.
