We’re currently seeking experienced Regional Dedicated CDL-A Truck Drivers based in Dallas, Texas, to join our team. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with home weekly resets and no touch freight. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across dedicated regional lanes, averaging 2,800+ miles per week.
  • Maintain compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies to ensure zero violations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to coordinate timely deliveries and route adjustments.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Manage logbooks and electronic logging devices (ELDs) accurately to track hours of service and comply with federal regulations.
  • Deliver freight with a focus on customer satisfaction while handling no-touch freight to reduce physical strain.
  • Contribute to a low driver/dispatch ratio environment, fostering teamwork and efficient communication.
  • Participate in safety incentive programs and ongoing training to enhance driving skills and career growth.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience, preferably in regional dedicated routes.
  • Clean driving record with no DUI convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain weekly home resets in the Dallas, Texas area.
  • Proficient in using electronic logging devices (ELDs) and basic vehicle inspection procedures.

Preferred:

  • Experience driving late-model tractors and trailers, such as Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia models (2019-2023).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle route changes and customer interactions.
