This full-time, on-site position offers competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with home weekly resets and no touch freight. Key Responsibilities

Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across dedicated regional lanes, averaging 2,800+ miles per week.
Maintain compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies to ensure zero violations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to coordinate timely deliveries and route adjustments.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Manage logbooks and electronic logging devices (ELDs) accurately to track hours of service and comply with federal regulations.
Deliver freight with a focus on customer satisfaction while handling no-touch freight to reduce physical strain.
Contribute to a low driver/dispatch ratio environment, fostering teamwork and efficient communication.
Participate in safety incentive programs and ongoing training to enhance driving skills and career growth.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience, preferably in regional dedicated routes.
Clean driving record with no DUI convictions in the last 5 years.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Ability to maintain weekly home resets in the Dallas, Texas area.
Proficient in using electronic logging devices (ELDs) and basic vehicle inspection procedures.

Preferred:

Experience driving late-model tractors and trailers, such as Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia models (2019-2023).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle route changes and customer interactions.
