As a Regional Driver operating routes from Durango to Walsenburg through Pueblo, you will be integral to safely and efficiently transporting dry bulk materials to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on regional routes between Durango, Walsenburg, and Pueblo, ensuring timely deliveries. Transport dry bulk materials adhering strictly to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a 100% safety record. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues promptly. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate schedules and resolve any delivery issues. Utilize sleeper berth accommodations for up to five nights per week, ensuring compliance with Hours of Service regulations. Participate in ongoing training and safety programs to continuously improve driving skills and operational knowledge. Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-first attitude, contributing to Company’s reputation as a driver-centric organization. What We're Looking For Required: Active Class A CDL license with a minimum of 18 months tractor-trailer driving experience. At least 23 years of age or older, meeting federal and state driving requirements. Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Ability to work regional routes based out of Pueblo, CO, with flexibility to live anywhere along Highway 160 between Durango and Walsenburg. Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions. Preferred: Experience hauling dry bulk materials or similar freight types. Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices (ELDs). Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent attendance and safety records.
