Join Company as a Regional Wash Advisor based in Panamá, Panama. In this full-time role, you will lead WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) initiatives across Latin America, focusing on the CA-4 countries to improve child welfare. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and technical direction on WASH programs throughout the Latin America region. Collaborate with regional leadership, the Global Center WASH director, and World Vision US leadership. Develop and implement technical guidelines and standards to enhance ministry effectiveness. Support programmatic approaches aligned with the organization's Promise to advance child welfare. Qualifications Proven experience in WASH program advisory roles, preferably in Latin America. Strong understanding of regional challenges in water, sanitation, and hygiene. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse leadership teams.
