Job description

Farhana Mannan is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Honolulu, Hawaii . This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering strictly to safety protocols and best nursing practices. Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans and documentation promptly and accurately. Educate and support patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies. Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Perform routine diagnostic tests and interpret results to assist in treatment planning. Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure seamless workflow and positive patient experiences. Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and clinical knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii. Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and communication skills. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
