Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with community members and foundation beneficiaries to enhance engagement and trust. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support and information. Coordinate outreach programs and events to promote the foundation’s initiatives and increase community participation. Manage documentation and records related to client interactions and program activities with accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute ideas for community welfare projects. Report regularly on relationship management outcomes and client feedback to support strategic decision-making. Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure consistent service quality. Meet monthly targets related to client engagement and satisfaction to support organizational goals. What We're Looking For Required: Graduation or undergraduation completed from a recognized institution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
