Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls and direct messages to qualified leads in the USA, UK, Canada, and the Philippines to set appointments. Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and readiness to purchase high-ticket products ($3,000+). Schedule and confirm qualified meetings with sales closers, ensuring high show-up rates. Maintain detailed records of calls, meetings, and lead status using CRM tools to track performance metrics. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and appointment-setting strategies. Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and closed deals to unlock commission tiers and bonuses.
