Dills Destinations is seeking a dedicated Remote Booking Agent to join our vibrant hospitality team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will ensure seamless travel arrangements and enhance our customers' overall experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Manage bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and transactions using internal systems. Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints, providing timely solutions to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and communicate updates or special requests. Stay informed on travel regulations, destinations, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable guidance. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation to streamline booking processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills with excellent organizational abilities. Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Proficiency with reservation systems and common office software (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. Preferred knowledge of travel-related software platforms and tools. This position operates within a small, dynamic team focused on collaboration and support. You will report directly to the Team Lead and frequently coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
