Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, maintaining a response time that meets or exceeds industry benchmarks (average under 2 minutes). Provide detailed product and service information , guiding customers through troubleshooting and usage steps to ensure resolution on first contact. Document and track all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system to support case resolution and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Identify recurring issues and escalate them to relevant departments, contributing to continuous product and service enhancements. Participate actively in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Monitor and strive to exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and average handling time (AHT). What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for chat support. Experience in customer service roles, preferably within chat or digital support environments. Ability to manage high volumes of chat inquiries while maintaining quality and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Preferred: Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools. Knowledge of industry-standard certifications related to customer support is a plus. Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in a home office setting.
