Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly from customers seeking assistance in the service industry help line.
  • Document customer information accurately and efficiently during calls to maintain detailed records.

  • Adhere to company protocols and Arizona Standard Time schedules, supporting operations Monday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
