Discount ACR is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service, Scheduler and Tech Manager to join our dynamic HVAC team serving the metro Phoenix, Arizona area. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee customer service scheduling operations to ensure timely, efficient HVAC service delivery. Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and conflict resolution. Develop and implement scheduling processes and tools to optimize team productivity and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align customer service initiatives with company goals.
