Discount ACR is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service, Scheduler, and Tech Manager to join our innovative HVAC team based in metro Phoenix, Arizona. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee customer service scheduling operations to ensure timely, efficient HVAC service delivery. Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and conflict resolution. Develop and implement optimized scheduling processes and tools to boost team productivity. Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills. Collaborate cross-departmentally to align customer service initiatives with company goals.
