Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Validate data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks and data cleansing processes.
Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support ad hoc data requests and assist in the design of experiments or A/B tests to evaluate business initiatives.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role, preferably working with large datasets.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Familiarity with Miami Beach business environment and local market trends.
