Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks and data cleansing processes.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and assist in the design of experiments or A/B tests to evaluate business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role, preferably working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
