This full-time remote position is essential to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring precise data management. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry with a strong focus on detail and data integrity. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels. Maintain and update customer databases to ensure information accuracy. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Organize and prioritize daily workload using excellent time management skills. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, to prepare reports and documentation. Participate in team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service processes and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
