Generate regular reports to monitor data accuracy and suggest improvements. Maintain and update documentation for data entry processes and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data management projects to enhance workflows. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute. Strong communication skills focused on customer service excellence. Experience using data management systems and related software tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
