Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent aligned with AQ Adaptive Intelligence’s strategic goals.
• Develop and implement effective human resources policies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews ensuring candidates meet required qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring success and optimize processes.
• Support onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience in human resources and recruitment, preferably within technology or consulting sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, labor regulations in Colombia, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent English proficiency to coordinate with international teams and clients.
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
