Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent aligned with AQ Adaptive Intelligence’s strategic goals.
- Develop and implement effective human resources policies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews ensuring candidates meet required qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring success and optimize processes.
- Support onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes to boost operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience in human resources and recruitment, preferably within technology or consulting sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, labor regulations in Colombia, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent English proficiency to coordinate with international teams and clients.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
