Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact point for clients and service providers to ensure clear and efficient communication. Negotiate terms, pricing, and project timelines to meet client expectations and company standards. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain efficient workflow. Promptly and professionally resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Document all client interactions and transactions for accurate record-keeping and performance tracking. Collaborate with various departments to meet and exceed client needs. Monitor project progress and collect feedback to guarantee quality and satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in communication, negotiation, or customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven negotiation and organizational abilities. Experience in customer service or related fields preferred. Familiarity with basic project management software is a plus. Some relevant experience in a similar role is preferred. This role reports directly to senior management and collaborates closely with project managers and multiple departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
