This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work while playing a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and boosting company productivity. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders to maintain operational efficiency. Coordinate communication across departments and support staff with administrative needs. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements for team members. Assist senior management in preparing reports and presentations. Monitor employee performance, providing support to foster a positive office environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in office management or administrative roles. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team. This position collaborates closely with HR and finance departments to align administrative practices with company goals.
