Efficiently manage time across multiple calling campaigns and follow-ups. Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance sales strategies. Analyze customer feedback to improve engagement and increase sales conversions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably outbound sales. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Adaptable with a team-oriented mindset. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with sales representatives and marketing professionals.
