Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently to optimize team productivity. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow. Assist in organizing virtual events and team gatherings, enhancing team engagement and collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation, including reports and correspondence, to support business operations. Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and email responses with precision and speed. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, directing them appropriately to maintain workflow. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or related fields are a plus. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role. Preferred: Experience working remotely and managing virtual communication platforms. Basic knowledge of project management software such as Asana or Trello. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
