Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand and fulfill their locksmith needs. Manage leads and sales activities efficiently using the Workiz CRM platform. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Maintain deep knowledge of locksmith services and stay updated on industry trends. Create customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven strong sales and communication skills with a history of meeting sales goals. Experience with Workiz or similar CRM tools preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Minimum 2 years sales experience; locksmith or security services background a plus.
