Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Create and curate engaging content including text, images, and videos tailored to our target audience. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage followers to build community relationships. Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign success and optimize strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Stay current with social media trends and best practices to keep strategies relevant and effective. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation. Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
