Key Responsibilities Manage and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand visibility and follower engagement. Curate creative content ideas and concepts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Analyze customer behaviors and demographics to tailor social media strategies effectively. Prepare detailed reports on social media activities, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes. Communicate professionally with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to ensure alignment on marketing objectives. Assist in developing content calendars, post line-ups, and content buckets to maintain consistent messaging. Collaborate with design and product teams to synchronize social media timelines with product launches and advertising campaigns. Monitor and respond promptly to social media mentions and comments to uphold brand reputation (Online Reputation Management). What We're Looking For Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of the English language. 0-1 year of experience or fresh graduates eager to learn digital marketing fundamentals. Age group between 20-25 years, demonstrating enthusiasm and adaptability. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in an on-site Dubai office environment. Preferred: Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
