Key Responsibilities Develop and curate compelling content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering a strong community. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals, ensuring cohesive messaging. Create visually appealing graphics using graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to enhance our social media presence. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to improve future strategies. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to keep our strategies fresh and innovative. Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic and engagement across platforms. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. Strong skills in graphic design, familiar with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience in measuring success through analytics and reporting. This role operates within a flexible team structure that promotes collaboration. You will report to the Marketing Manager and will frequently interact with the Digital Marketing team to develop cohesive strategies. Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, will be essential to ensure alignment in messaging.
