ABOUT THE ROLE
The Remote Support Technician is responsible for delivering technical support related to hardware, software, and network issues for our clients. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
– Troubleshoot and resolve database problems (MySQL, SQL Server).
– Assist in maintaining and optimizing web applications and infrastructure.
– Document support cases and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.
– Guide clients through technical solutions and best practices.
– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
– Proven experience in technical support roles.
– Knowledge of networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
– Cisco CCNA certification (obtained or in progress).
– Familiarity with databases like MySQL and SQL Server.
– Technical degree or university studies in IT, Networking, or related fields.
Preferred:
– University degree in technology-related disciplines.
– Experience working remotely.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and in team settings.
