Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring client issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse client needs. Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure. Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite applications. Background in customer service, technical support, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
