Document all client interactions to ensure up-to-date system information. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality. Assist in creating user-friendly documentation and training materials for clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in customer service or technical support preferred. Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. This position reports to the Team Lead for Virtual Support Specialists and involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure comprehensive client support.
