Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure all processes align with business goals and customer satisfaction standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns and feedback, enhancing overall dining experience.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
