Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs. Maintain expert knowledge of our ethnic wear collection to offer styling advice. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Restock and organize displays to keep the store visually appealing. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and follow store policies. Assist with inventory management , including stocking and discrepancy checks. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service experience, preferably in retail. Knowledge of fashion trends, especially ethnic wear. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
