Derma-Chem is seeking a dedicated Sales Agent for Dermatology Products to join our expanding team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of innovative skincare solutions within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell dermatology products.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting product benefits and features.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and client interaction records using CRM software.
• Provide ongoing client support and education on product usage and best practices.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, tracking performance against KPIs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or dermatology sectors.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience; healthcare sales experience is a plus.
