Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selections, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain an organized and appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-presented. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and store policies to provide accurate information. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills focused on delivering excellent customer service. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
