Sales Associate (Dependiente) - Quito, Ecuador

Join the Xtralife team as a Sales Associate (Dependiente) at one of our retail locations in Quito, Ecuador. We are looking for a motivated salesperson with experience in sales, particularly in natural product centers and pharmacies. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets with support from the sales and marketing teams. Maintain cleanliness and order within the point of sale (PDV). Maximize sales opportunities at the PDV. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Manage inventory effectively to ensure product availability. Operate the sales system efficiently for smooth transactions. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in natural product centers or pharmacies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in Quito, Ecuador. Remote work is not available.
