🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer 🚨 📍 Locations: Bhiwani, Delhi (NCR), Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Karnal, Rohtak, Panipat, Sonipat, Jhajjar, Haryana Office Visits: 5 days/month at Bhiwani office 💼 Experience Required: 3+ Years 🏭 Industry: Industrial Machines / Diesel Generators Join Jaya Motors as a Sales Engineer and become a key player in driving sales and building client relationships in the industrial machinery sector. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, chartered engineers, and DG service professionals Present and sell products and services using a consultative sales approach Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and sales contracts Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Represent the company at trade shows and networking events 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machines or related sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred Willingness to travel extensively within the region 🔹 Key Skills: Strong client relationship management Analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Adaptable and resilient under pressure Salary: ₹500,000 per year Job Type: Full-time | On-site (Bhiwani, Haryana)
