Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations customized for diverse audiences. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Track, analyze, and report sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional qualifications in business or sales are advantageous. Proven experience in sales or customer service, especially phone-based sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently within a virtual team environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools preferred. 1-2 years of sales experience is ideal.
