Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and surpass sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. Conduct regular sales meetings and training to boost team skills and product knowledge. Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns that increase sales. Report sales performance and insights to upper management to support strategic decisions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
