Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the outbound sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales metrics and provide detailed analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns and maximize lead generation efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to upper management, identifying growth opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field. Minimum of 5 years proven leadership experience in sales management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth. Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
