Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the outbound sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize overall business performance. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of team members. Monitor sales metrics and provide detailed analysis to support informed decision-making. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align campaigns and maximize lead generation efforts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to upper management, highlighting performance and growth opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales management with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead and engage teams. Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth. Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments is preferred.
