We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Tampa, Florida office. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle for training management systems and e-learning solutions, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring consistent pipeline development. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving measurable business growth. Lead , mentor, and enable the sales team to enhance performance, close complex deals, and foster a collaborative sales culture. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing enterprise and institutional accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Conduct consultative solution selling by thoroughly understanding customer needs and tailoring learning technology solutions that address specific business challenges. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders, articulating the value proposition effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals. What We're Looking For Required: 5+ years of proven SaaS or software sales experience, preferably in learning management or technology solutions. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to translate market data into actionable sales plans. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred: Experience selling enterprise learning platforms or training management systems. Familiarity with LMS, TMS, and LXP technologies. Knowledge of Tampa Bay business landscape and corporate training trends. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or technology.
