Sales Representative – Logistics Services – Guadalajara, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients via telephone to expand our customer base in the Guadalajara region.
• Advise prospects on our comprehensive logistics services, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Prepare and send accurate service quotations promptly to clients and prospects.
• Generate detailed reports on calls and client interactions to track sales activities and progress.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM database ensuring accurate client information and sales pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Business, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and data management.

Preferred:

• Previous sales experience in logistics or related B2B services.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Fluency in English is a plus for dealing with international clients.
