Salesforce Delivery Lead/Manager in South San Francisco, CA

Blue Rose Technologies is seeking a skilled Salesforce Delivery Lead/Manager to join our team in South San Francisco, CA. This long-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Salesforce projects that enhance client efficiency and satisfaction in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications. Oversee development efforts using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL to achieve project objectives. Manage delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support throughout the implementation lifecycle. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to meet goals. Facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven expertise with Salesforce platforms, including Apex and Lightning Web Components. Strong knowledge of SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer are highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce projects. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
