Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Develop and deploy solutions with Salesforce DX and version control tools Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities Collaborate closely with business analysts, admins, and QA teams Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, and scalability Provide ongoing support and enhancements to Salesforce applications Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 2+ years of Salesforce development experience Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL Experience with Lightning Experience & Lightning Web Components (LWC) Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models Hands-on experience with integrations and APIs Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Admin Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools Benefits Competitive salary package of $5,000 per month Opportunities for career advancement and growth Support for training and Salesforce certification Flexible work environment (on-site in Waxhaw, NC)
