We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join us on-site and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications tailored to meet specific business requirements, ensuring high performance and scalability. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura) to enhance user experience and automate complex business processes. Configure workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows to streamline operations and enforce data integrity. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Perform data migration and manage data efficiently using Data Loader, ensuring accuracy and consistency during transitions. Participate in requirement analysis sessions and provide technical solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices. Conduct unit testing and support deployment activities to maintain high-quality releases and minimize downtime. What We're Looking For Required: Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, demonstrating hands-on expertise. Proficiency in Apex programming, SOQL, and SOSL for effective data querying and manipulation. Experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks. Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and sharing rules to protect sensitive data. Hands-on experience with integrations and APIs , including REST and SOAP. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to collaborate effectively in iterative development cycles. Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II. Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
