Key Responsibilities Analyze detailed business requirements and effectively map them to SAP solutions that align with organizational goals. Configure and customize SAP modules including but not limited to MM, SD, FICO, PP, HCM, and BW based on your expertise. Support SAP implementations, system upgrades, and rollout activities ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Conduct thorough system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee solution quality and performance. Deliver comprehensive end-user training sessions and create clear documentation to empower users and facilitate adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted business operations. Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and implement system enhancements and integrations with other enterprise systems. What We're Looking For Required: Hands-on experience with at least one SAP module such as MM, SD, FICO, PP, HCM, or BW. Strong understanding of SAP business processes and configuration techniques. Proven experience supporting SAP implementations and ongoing support activities. Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical and business requirements clearly. Preferred: SAP certification in relevant modules to validate your expertise.
