Position: SAP Manufacturing & MES Integration Lead in Pharma Location: Irvine, CA / Newport Beach, Southern California (Onsite with weekly travel flexibility) Duration: 6 months+ Work Arrangement: Onsite About the Role Swits is seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing & MES Integration Lead with deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years specializing in SAP Manufacturing and MES integration. Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of SAP S4HANA Manufacturing and MES integration solutions. Drive rollout of new manufacturing units within SAP and MES environments. Manage SAP S4HANA upgrades (minimum two hands-on upgrades required). Facilitate and lead Steering Committee meetings with excellent executive communication. Ensure compliance with pharma manufacturing standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years overall IT experience with 7+ years in SAP Manufacturing and MES integration. Deep functional knowledge of SAP S4HANA Manufacturing modules. Proven experience in SAP & MES integration design and development. Strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Experience leading SAP S4HANA upgrades. Excellent communication skills with experience running executive Steering Committee meetings. Compensation Competitive pay at $70 per hour .
