Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation manuals accurately. Lead the installation of sauna cabins, including electrical, heating, ventilation, and control systems. Supervise and coordinate technical and support staff during installations. Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and installation regulations. Conduct functionality tests, make necessary adjustments, and perform final inspections. Train clients on proper sauna use and maintenance procedures. Identify, report, and resolve technical issues; propose on-site solutions or improvements. Manage tools, materials, and maintain inventory control. Adhere to project deadlines and installation schedules. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as needed. Requirements Education: High school diploma or relevant technical training. Experience: Minimum 2 years in sauna installation, fine carpentry, or related specialized fields. Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and building codes. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to read technical documents and blueprints effectively.
