Key Responsibilities Prepare timely and accurate financial reports to support management’s strategic decision-making processes. Manage the complete taxation process, including preparing tax returns and ensuring full compliance with UAE tax regulations. Conduct thorough internal audits to verify adherence to financial policies and compliance standards, reducing risk and improving controls. Oversee accounts receivable activities, ensuring efficient collections and accurate invoicing to maintain healthy cash flow. Collaborate effectively with external auditors during financial audits, providing all necessary documentation and clarifications. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business growth and resource allocation. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the UAE or similar markets. Strong proficiency in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and accounts receivable management. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems. Preferred: Industry-recognized certifications such as CPA or ACCA. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
