You will manage the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting compliant with US GAAP and tax regulations. This role requires autonomy in handling complex reconciliations, preparing financial statements for US investors and the IRS, and optimizing accounting processes to deliver actionable financial insights. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting functions including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close Prepare accurate financial reports and statements compliant with US GAAP Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and prepare documentation for IRS filings Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve financial data accuracy Provide financial analysis to support investment decision-making Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role Fluent in English, both written and verbal Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute Strong work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite Deep understanding of US GAAP and US tax regulations Why Join Us?
