Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients to ensure sustained sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Colombian market and design strategic sales plans to capture them effectively.
- Lead sales meetings and presentations to clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements that maximize company profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough account follow-ups to guarantee excellent post-sale service and foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall client experience and streamline sales operations.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Colombia or Latin America.
- English proficiency at C1 level, enabling effective communication with international clients.
- Based in Bogotá, Medellín, or Barranquilla with reliable internet and availability for daily calls and video conferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
Preferred:
- Sales or negotiation certifications demonstrating advanced selling techniques.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid sales environment.
