Job description

Join Luis Avila as a Senior Biometrics Project Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. The Bioforum Project Management office is expanding, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead biometrics projects across Latin America (South America).

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken English communication skills to engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including biostatistics, medical writing, and data management, with expertise in at least one functional domain.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in budget planning and management.
  • Client management expertise with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Leadership and team management skills demonstrated by successfully leading cross-functional teams.

Required Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of biometrics processes including statistical analysis, data management, and clinical trial reporting.
  • Solid understanding of clinical trial documentation such as protocols, statistical analysis plans, CRFs, and study reports.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines including ICH-GCP and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office software.

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of project management experience within the biopharmaceutical industry or CRO setting, with significant exposure to biometrics projects.

This is a full-time position based in Bogotá, Colombia. Remote work is not eligible.
