Note: This is a remote-only role, based out of the US as the primary responsibilities of this role are intended to cover the US geography. Role Overview After establishing a presence at global developer conferences and meetups in 2025, ImageKit is ready to expand its Developer Relations program. We are seeking a Senior Developer Advocate to lead our engagement with the global developer community, focusing on the US market. This high-autonomy, high-impact role will transition our outreach efforts into a world-class DevRel program. Key Responsibilities Speaking at Conferences and Meetups (60%) : Identify and submit proposals, create, and deliver compelling technical presentations about ImageKit, media optimization, and web technologies at top-tier conferences and local meetups, primarily in the US. Content and Demo Creation (30%) : Independently develop and publish high-quality technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, deep-dive code examples (e.g., React, Angular, Vue SDKs), and best practices like optimizing videos for mobile. DevRel Program Ownership & Management (10%) : Define and execute strategies to build a scalable, impactful Developer Relations program that fosters community engagement and brand advocacy. Qualifications Proven experience as a Developer Advocate or similar role with a strong technical background. Excellent public speaking and technical writing skills. Deep understanding of web technologies, media optimization, and developer ecosystems. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
